Balanced Living Therapy LLC

Groups are a place to learn and practice skills alongside other people working on similar things. We run clinical groups such as mindfulness, stress management, ACT, and DBT skills.

Mindfulness groups practice paying attention to the present moment without judging it. Stress management groups work on practical ways to handle pressure at work, at home, and everywhere in between. ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) groups focus on making room for hard thoughts and feelings while moving toward what matters to you. DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) skills groups teach concrete skills for handling strong emotions, getting through a crisis, and getting along with people.

What's running changes over time. Groups are first come, first served; ask the front desk what's running now and when the next one starts.
