Family therapy
Apple Health and commercial insurance accepted. Self-pay options on the payment page.

Family therapy is for any group of people who consider themselves family: parents and kids, blended families, adult siblings, grandparents raising grandchildren, chosen family. The work is about how the family functions together, not about fixing one person.
Families come in for conflict, communication that has broken down, parenting stress, big transitions (a move, a divorce, a new partner, a diagnosis), grief, and the aftermath of something hard. Sessions can include the whole family, or shift between different combinations of family members as the work develops. Sometimes that means a few sessions with parents only, or with two siblings, and then everyone back together.
Sessions are 54 minutes, in person or by telehealth.
