Substance use counseling and evaluation
Apple Health and commercial insurance accepted. Self-pay options on the payment page.

We provide outpatient substance use treatment from Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDPs) and supervised trainees, offered individually and in groups. A licensed SUDP supervisor is on the team. We work with people through active use, recovery, relapse, and co-occurring mental health concerns, and we refer to a higher level of care when that's the right call. Sessions are 54 minutes, in person or by telehealth.
Mental health therapy and substance use care happen under one roof here. If both are in the picture, you don't have to go to two agencies and tell your story twice.
SUD evaluation. A SUD evaluation is a standalone clinical assessment, separate from a mental health intake or a therapy assessment. It gives you a diagnosis, a level-of-care recommendation (ASAM, the standard used across Washington), and documentation you can use for treatment planning.
We bill Apple Health (Medicaid) and commercial insurance for SUD evaluations. Self-pay is $300, due at the time of the evaluation, and we provide a paid receipt or superbill.
Our SUD evaluations also work for court-ordered and DUI cases. If a court, a probation officer, or your attorney asked you to get one, tell us when you call, so we can plan for what the court will need.
