• Insurance Intake Session: $300 (billed to insurance)
• Insurance Average Individual Session: $175 (billed to insurance)
• Insurance Average Couples/Family: $225 (billed to insurance)
• Time of Service (TOS) with a Licensed Associate or Higher: Courtesy Rate (out of pocket) is only available when paid at the time of the service. Individual: $90, Couples/Family: $150
• Intern Rates: Reduced Rate out of pocket - Individual: $75, Couples/Family: $150. OR: Apple health plans and other Medicaid plans listed above
