Services

Individual Therapy

One-on-one therapy for adults, weekly or biweekly, in person or by telehealth. We work with a wide range of concerns: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, self-esteem, and difficulty understanding and managing emotions. Several of our clinicians are trained in EMDR and work with first responders and others carrying job-related trauma. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Child & Teen Therapy

Individual therapy for children and teens, ages 6 to 17, in person or by telehealth. Kids and teens come in for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, difficulty managing strong emotions, and adjusting to hard changes at home or school. Not every clinician on our team sees kids and teens, so we schedule them with the ones who do.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counseling

Outpatient substance use treatment from Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDPs) and supervised trainees, offered individually and in groups. We work with people through active use, recovery, relapse, and co-occurring mental health concerns, and we refer to a higher level of care when that's the right call. We don't require abstinence as a precondition for treatment. We'll meet you where you actually are.

SUD Evaluation

A SUD evaluation is a standalone clinical assessment. It gives you a diagnosis, a level-of-care recommendation (ASAM), and documentation you can use for treatment planning. It's a separate service from a mental health intake or a therapy assessment.

We bill Apple Health (Medicaid) and commercial insurance for SUD evaluations. Self-pay is $300, due at the time of the evaluation, and we provide a paid receipt or superbill.

Couples Therapy

Relationship therapy for people in committed relationships, dating, or somewhere in between, including non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships. Relationship work is its own skill set, and not every clinician on our team does it, so we'll match you with someone trained for it. Several of our therapists work in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and see couples across all relationship structures.

Common reasons couples come in:

  • Frequent conflict or arguing
  • Growing distance or loss of intimacy
  • Rebuilding trust after infidelity
  • Financial stress
  • A major loss or life change (a death, a serious illness, kids leaving home, a job change)

Family Therapy

Family sessions for parents and kids, blended families, adult siblings, and any other configuration of people who consider themselves family. We work with families through conflict, communication breakdowns, parenting stress, life transitions, grief, and the aftermath of a hard event. Sessions can include the whole family or shift between different combinations of family members as the work develops.

Coming in 2026: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We're building an ASAM Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program for substance use. When it launches, it will include medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and psychiatric medication management with a prescriber on our team.
