Couples therapy
Apple Health and commercial insurance accepted. Self-pay options on the payment page.

Couples therapy is for two or more people in a relationship: married, committed, dating, or somewhere in between. That includes non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships.
Relationship work is its own skill set, and not every clinician on our team does it, so we'll match you with someone trained for it. Several of our therapists work in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach built around the patterns a couple gets stuck in and the needs underneath them.
Common reasons couples come in: frequent conflict or arguing, growing distance or a loss of intimacy, rebuilding trust after infidelity, money stress, or a big loss or life change (a death, a serious illness, kids leaving home, a job change). You don't have to agree on what the problem is before you come in. Disagreeing about that is often where the work starts.
Sessions are 54 minutes, in person or by telehealth.
